For All Instruments:

1. Click on your personal folder or a numbered folder 1through 6 each time you practice
2. Play All the execises in the folder
3. This should take about 10 minutes

Things you will need to get the most out of coolpractice.com:

1. Speakers that will be loud enough to mix your playing with the video.
2. Headphones are the best way of listening to each session. You can use your iPod or other Walkman type headphones.
3. You might have to buy an extension cable for your headphones, Radio Shack has headphone extension cables, make sure you get the stereo extension cable.
4. Give yourself plenty of room to play your instrument and view the monitor at the same time.
5. Broadband Cable or DSL Internet Service.
